Let me answer your questions in order:
Yes my son has been diagnosed with a condition called ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder)…and no there is no medication available for this condition. They use ADD meds with him…although I keep telling them that it makes the problems worse.

As to the serious reprecussions legally…we go back to court in two days for the stabbing offense…but the judge is loathe to throw the book at a child with a mental illness of this nature.
