Breast milk doesn't come out of just one hole in the nipple…the nipple has a whole bunch of really little holes that it comes out of.
I think the piercing would just make for a choking hazard. My nipples are pierced but I am spayed. So I guess my comment is moot.
Yes it does! I have my nipple pierced (the ring is out until I'm finished with nursing) and the milk comes out of the 2 holes on the sides of my nipple. Does that answer your question.
